The Hangout is a great place to relax with family and friends at our private retreat with an in-ground 20×40 pool. Fish and float in the scenic Hiawassee River, hike the trails in the Cherokee National Forest, ride the scenic Hiwassee Train, or just relax around the pool.

The Hangout actually consist of two structures separated by an in-ground pool. The main house sleeps 6. It has a large 2 story living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, bedroom and laundry room downstairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an additional sleeping alcove and bath. Back door off bedroom opens to a deck and hot tub. Across from house is a 2 story unit which opens directly to pool. The downstairs is the “game room”.
